That s easy anything that is not stupid soap that tries to be funny u know the genre where an innocent guy has to be surrended with hot chicks and stuff happens (Love Hina, Chobits, Handmaid maid, Sorceress Hunters, Ranma, and so on there are just too many lol) i believe this category of anime only goal is fan service and too predictable with no plot line or is so very linear.

So i can watch pretty much anything else but i prefer

Hellsing (OMG the OVA is just too amazing if it follows the manga)
Ghost in the Shell (but not the second movie)
Cowboy Bebop the movie (the serie is too sad...)
Clone Wars (is it an anime??)
Animatrix
Chrno Crusade

i am sure i am forgetting some of my favorites, i have too many names in mind, Trigun, Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust, FFIV advent children, inuyasha, xenosaga, gun x sword, ROD OVA, so on so forth anything that is not realistic lol

By the way, i ask you to watch GUU just for the experience and the song at the beginning lol is something everybody should do somewhere in their life lol

I've been wondering,do Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon, count as an anime? I mean,it's based on the anime, but its not an anime so...is it?Oo

For those who wonder what the hell am talking about,Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon,is the live action Sailor Moon show, based on the anime and played with actors.Very good,i am currently watching the 5th episode, and i am planning on watching the whole serie for sure *nods nods*

<< Well of course what happened in the anime on the first episode won't happen in PGSM and the transformations are different because well its impossible to do exactly like in the anime, but i think its worth to be watched if you liked the anime ^^

*glomp!* Oui Kyou Kara Maou rules~~ Have you seen the ending yet? I haven't. ;__; My japanese teacher moved back in Japan just in time to see the last episode being aired, lucky her! ;_;

*nods* The live action series for Sailor Moon is "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon" (PGSM for short). They even re-edited the manga with that new title (to a appeal to foreigners more easily?). It was a great series, though I have to admit the beginning was so cheezy and hilarious, and the 3D SUCKS all throughout, the story gets quite its share of drama, and intense moments. And the vilains are HILARIOUS! XD *glomps and licks Kunzite and Nephrite*

Si vous voulez que je vous repète tout ça en français, demandez-le-moi, désolée mais mon cerveau fonctionne en anglais depuis quelques mois (et je tape tellement plus lentement en français @.@)

Back to topic... Etou, favorite series? I have too many. @.@ *dies* Here goes...

Gravitation (number 1 forever~~)
Sailor Moon (though I like the manga 2433972 times better)
Fruits Basket (the manga is getting so good o.o)
Bleach
Kyou Kara Maou
Slayers (all seasons, and the novels RAWK!)
GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka, anime, manga or live action!)
DN Angel
Fushigi Yuugi
Ayashi no Ceres
Saber Marionette J
Ah! Megami-sama
Haibane Renmei
Onegai Teacher and Twins
Yami no Matsuei
Saishuuheiki Kanojo (Saikano)
Di Gi Charat
Azumanga Daioh
Dragon Ball (yes I'm a nostalgic :þ)
FLCL
Chrno Crusade
Comic Party
Ranma

I've seen so much more but those were the ones I really liked and want to watch again! (I just know I'm still missing a bunch, whatever...)

Well... here's my favorite anime's list, here I go with a Top 10 :

10 - Planetes (An anime I discovered the past January... I like the type of anime that can really happen... like this show, Hajime no Ippo and Beck : MCS)
9 - Hunter X Hunter (The TV show is really good... When watching it, I was felling calm... that's the way I was feeling... maybe it's because of the soundtrack...)
8 - Mai Hime / Mai Otome (Soundtrack, graphics, ecchi...do I have to say more? :p)
7 - Fullmetal Alchemist (What a reaaly good show! It's really an awesome story.)
6 - Bleach (I don't know what to say but... I like the show...)
6 - Naruto (Before the filler...hum filler? What filler...to me Naruto ended about a year ago :p)
5 - Hikaru no Go (The reason I started playing Go!)
4 - Hajime no Ippo (I didn't thought that I'd like that type of anime...but it's really something cool!)
3 - Dragon Ball (Mainly the first part, before Z. And I'm really not a fan of GT...)
2 - One Piece (Luffy and his crew... I never been bore watching this anime...never... It's really a good story!)
1 - Beck : Mongolian Chop Squad (Yeah... the manga is far better than the anime, but when I first saw Beck : MCS, it was like a shock... what a soundtrack!!! Probably why it's first in my top 10 ^^)

There's a bunch of animes that I not mention, but... I liked also Rurouni Kenshin, Full Metal Panic, Trigun, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, Vandread, Condor Hero, Ragnarok : The animation, Card Captor Sakura, Gundam Wing, Record of Lodoss War, Prince of Tennis, etc... ^^

------------------------------
Ok for Battle royale its a little more complicated then that.
There a 4 things related to battle royale
-the book (original work)
-the first movie
-the second movie
-the mangas

the book is extremely good and could be compared with "the long walk" by richard bachman. the first movie is quite good as well since it basically try to follow the book. the second movie on the other end iss a sequel based on nothing and its not all that good. Finally the manga really try to be cool so it shows panties and incredible moves that were not featured in the book and personally that remove a bit of the feel of the original.

for my favorite anime list ill go simple with
1- EVangelion
2- Saikano

for the 900 others i have seen It depend on genre and many other things (copmparing Initial d to Maison Ikkoku is a little odd imo)
