Organizations that host events (e.g. conferences, conventions, festivals and other activity open to the general public) must contact the Promotions Coordinator <promotions@otakuthon.com> to establish a promotional trade arrangement prior to posting. Once an agreement has been reached, the official contact for that organization will be permitted to post their events.
